Maine Craft Players who rely on the Java version of the game got a new take this week that allows them to try out Allay, the mob the community chose to add to the game in last year’s vote. This mob beat Glare and the Copper Golem as players voted among the three contenders as part of the Maine Craft Minecraft Live Annual Celebrations, and while it has been tested before in Other versions From the game, it’s now back again in this last Java snapshot.
wind up Maine Craft site, Mojang confirmed the contents of the 22W13A Snapshot is now available. Its new features are, as usual, the most exciting parts of the update, but it got other changes as well as some bugs that have been eliminated.

- Allays will collect all surrounding items that match the item they are holding
- Allays will love the player who gives them an item and brings the items they collect to their favorite player
- If Allay hears a noteblock tamper, that noteblock becomes Allay’s preferred noteblock for 30 seconds. Allay will stay near the noteblock for that long and bring the collected items to the noteblock instead of the player
- Handling Allay with an empty hand will remove the item that Allay is holding
- Allays can be found in Pillager Outposts and Woodland Mansions
old City
- Roam the halls of these long-abandoned structures in the depths of darkness to reveal some long-forgotten relics.
- Ancient city structures spawn in the deep dark biome
- In the chests, guarded by sensors and screamers, you can find the new Swift Sneaking magic
- You can also find a new mysterious block called Reinforced Deepslate here, which cannot be obtained in Survival
- Mobs cannot spawn in ancient cities
Differences compared to the deep dark demo
- Many modifications have been made to ancient cities, with new and modified structures
- Loot tables for ancient cities have been modified, including a separate loot table for “ice chest” structures
